Program Highlights


	Quality Assurance. EMS partners must have certified quality management systems like ISO 9001; established control, failure and root cause analyses; continuous improvement initiatives; and others

	Business Operations. Includes plans for business disaster recovery, planning and environmental control; internal IT support and business diversification; housekeeping and safety; ethical business practices; financials processes, and more

	Design Support Capabilities. EMS partners are required to offer early supplier involvement, defined NPI processes, product roadmaps; have design evaluation tools, in-house tooling, prototype fabrications; and, carry out reliability improvement, qualification and certification programs

	Production Technology. Includes guaranteed equipment capability; information and software tools; build and kitting plans; and, attrition and yield metrics

	Manufacturing Process Integrity. EMS partners must have defined and documented work instruction and process checklists; statistical process controls; and, equipment calibration, defect tracking and preventive maintenance programs in place
