Chief Executive Officer
Paul Peck is an operations executive with a background in new product introduction, outsourcing, and supply chain development.  Prior to GSCS, Paul was CFO at Menara Networks.  Prior to Menara, Paul was VP of Quality and Strategic Procurement at ADVA Optical Networking AG.  Previously, Paul had been VP of Operations at Navini Networks (later acquired by Cisco Systems),  VP of Operations at Monterey Networks (acquired by Cisco), and VP of global manufacturing at DSC (acquired by Alcatel).  Prior to DSC, Paul was GM of business units within Intellicall Inc. and Davox Corporation.  Previously, Paul held management positions at Xerox Computer Services, Northern Telecom, General Dynamics, and Texas Instruments.

Paul has a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, an MBA from Texas Tech University, and is a licensed CPA. Paul sits on several boards related to local economic development (Richardson Tax Incremental Funding, Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Partnership, and the Metroplex Technology Business Council).  Paul is also on two advisory boards at the University of Texas at Dallas (Center for Info Technology Management and the Center for Intelligent Supply Networks) and is the founder of the Telecom Corridor Genealogy project.

Philip Odette is responsible for strategic planning to maximize shareholder return and customer value proposition.  Through his leadership, GSCS has received multiple sales awards, such as the Deloitte Technology Fastest Growing Companies, placing GSCS at #13 in Texas and #129 in the nation.  GSCS has also been awarded the MTBC Tech Titan as the #6 Fastest Growing Technology Company and awarded as the #7 Fastest Growing Companies in all Dallas Industry Sectors by Dallas 100.

Prior to assuming this position, he led GSCS's successful effort to raise venture capital, enhanced SystaiNet® - GSCS's category leading ERP solution focused on the electronic manaufacturing industry, expanded vendor partnerships, led a corporate-wide SAP implementation, solidified the corporate brand, and established an ongoing tradition of surpassing customer expectations.

Previously, Odette was at Essilor Laboratories of America, where he was responsible for financial evaluations and strategic planning for the executive team. Odette holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance (Cum Laude) from the University of North Texas.
