Chief Executive Officer
Paul Peck is an operations executive with
a background in new product
introduction, outsourcing, and supply chain
development. Prior to GSCS, Paul was CFO at Menara
Networks. Prior to Menara, Paul was VP of Quality and
Strategic Procurement at ADVA Optical Networking AG.
Previously, Paul had been VP of Operations at Navini Networks (later
acquired
by Cisco Systems), VP of Operations at Monterey
Networks (acquired by Cisco), and VP of
global manufacturing at DSC (acquired by
Alcatel). Prior to DSC, Paul was GM of business units within
Intellicall Inc. and Davox Corporation. Previously, Paul held
management
positions at Xerox Computer Services, Northern Telecom, General
Dynamics, and Texas Instruments.
Paul has a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, an MBA from
Texas Tech University, and is a licensed CPA. Paul sits on several
boards related to local economic development
(Richardson Tax Incremental Funding, Chamber of Commerce Economic
Development Partnership, and the Metroplex Technology Business
Council). Paul is also on two advisory boards at the
University of Texas at Dallas (Center for Info Technology Management
and
the Center for Intelligent Supply Networks) and is the founder of the
Telecom Corridor Genealogy project.
